“ I’ve been coming to this Ramen shop since I was in high school and it’s still one of the favorites in town. Don’t be afraid of the long line it won’t last too long and it will definitely be worth the wait. I always get all of the extras like the egg and the salmon rice with salmon eggs. It would be advantageous for your party to have somebody wait in line while somebody looks for a table during busy days. ”

“ Some of the best ramen I’ve had in a while. You can find this place inside Mitsuwa. A gem really. The noodles had the perfect bit and texture. They are not stingy with their pork and give you big, thick pieces. Most of the pieces were nice and tender to the bite. Lastly, the broth was amazing. I usually don’t finish the broth for ramen, but I had mostly all of it. It wasn’t too salty and had a rich flavor to it. My only qualm was the egg. The egg was completely hard boiled which I’m not a fan of and had a snappy texture. I personally love soft boiled with my ramen, but definitely not worth two dollars in my opinion. HOWEVER, the egg is not enough for me to knock down the score. This ramen was top tier. So sad I don’t live in Illinois for this one. ”
